Holidays in Port Aventura

Hello friends I'm Haritz and my friends are Iker, Aittor, Unai. Holidays my friends and me went to Port Aventura and we had great time in the Dregon Can, Furius Vaco and in the la Caida Libre and to finish my friends and me went to the hotel.

Rusian salad

Ingredients for four people:

800 g potatoes

200 g oives

150 g pickled gherkins

4 hard-boiled eggs

300 g of tuna in oil

150 g of salted anchovys

For de mayonnaise:

1 big egg

0,3 l of sunflower oil

salt

vinegar

1- Boil the potatoes and when they are not hot, peel them.

2- Peel the boiled eggs.

3- Cut the olives in half and do the same with the pickled gherkins but cut the in sameller pieces.

4- Cut the salted anchovys in three pieces more or less.

5- Tear uup the tuna and mix all teh ingredients. (The eggs and the potatoes cut them with the hands.

6- For the mayonnaise put an egg and sunflower oil and beat it.

7- Add the salt and the vinegar an beat it again.

8- Put the mayonnaise in the other mixture and mix all.

9- Then, eat it.
