Recipe

Rusian salad


Ingredients for four people:

800 g potatoes

200 g oives

150 g pickled gherkins

4 hard-boiled eggs

300 g of tuna in oil

150 g of salted anchovys


For de mayonnaise:

1 big egg

0,3 l of sunflower oil

salt

vinegar


1- Boil the potatoes and when they are not hot, peel them.

2- Peel the boiled eggs.

3- Cut the olives in half and do the same with the pickled gherkins but cut the in sameller pieces.

4- Cut the salted anchovys in three pieces more or less.

5- Tear uup the tuna and mix all teh ingredients. (The eggs and the potatoes cut them with the hands.

6- For the mayonnaise put an egg and sunflower oil and beat it.

7- Add the salt and the vinegar an beat it again.

8- Put the mayonnaise in the other mixture and mix all.

9- Then, eat it.
